How It Works
Good to Know
You provide and hire the venue. The 2+ hour hire time includes play and any refreshments you wish to provide. Set-up and pack-down time is additional — we'll confirm the total time needed at booking.

How much space do you need for the setup?
We need a space roughly the size of a village hall or large community room to set up all 8 role play rooms comfortably. We'll discuss your specific venue with you at booking.
How many children can attend a party?
The maximum number of children is agreed at booking and depends on your venue size. Get in touch and we'll help you work out the best setup for your space.
Do I need to hire the venue myself?
Yes, you arrange and hire the venue. We travel to you with all the equipment, set everything up, and pack it all away afterwards. You just need to provide the space!
What areas do you cover?
We cover a roughly 30-mile radius from our base in Tiverton, Devon. This includes Exeter, Taunton, Barnstaple, Bridgwater, and many more. Check our locations page for full details.
How do I pay?
A 25% non-refundable deposit secures your date. The remaining balance is due 1 month before the party. See our terms & conditions for full details.
What age is Toddler Town suitable for?
Toddler Town is suitable for children aged 0–5 years. The role play rooms are designed for little ones who love imaginative play!
